HANDOVER CEREMONY OF NEWLY APPOINTED MOD PERMANENT SECRETARY
Kigali, 7 June 2021
Today, the newly appointed MOD Permanent Secretary, Maj Gen Emmanuel BAYINGANA assumes office, he takes over from Col (Rtd) Innocent GASHUGI. The handover held at MOD Headquarters was presided over by Hon. Minister of Defence, Maj Gen Albert MURASIRA.
