RDF INFANTRY BRIGADE COMPLETES ADVANCED TRAINING
The Rwanda Defence Force Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Gen MK Mubarakh, today presided over the graduation ceremony of the Advanced Infantry Brigade Training (Intake 08) at the Basic Military Training Centre (BMTC) in Nasho, Kirehe District. The intensive four-month course was designed to enhance operational readiness, command and control, and tactical capabilities.

In his remarks, General MK Mubarakh congratulated the graduates and conveyed a message from the President of the Republic of Rwanda and Commander-in-Chief of the RDF, H. E Paul Kagame. In his message, the President commended the work of the RDF and other Security Organs, offering special appreciation to today's graduates. He reminded the troops that continuous training is precisely what defines the RDF's excellence today.
Gen MK Mubarakh emphasized the critical role of advanced training in preparing soldiers to execute their responsibilities and respond effectively to emerging security threats. He further highlighted that beyond technical and tactical skills, the course instilled a strong sense of military discipline and fundamental values that guide soldiers in upholding RDF standards, maintaining professionalism, and performing duties with integrity.

The CDS urged the troops to apply both their newly acquired operational knowledge and the strict discipline developed throughout the training in the execution of their daily responsibilities.
