H.E. THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND COMMANDER IN CHIEF OF THE RDF HAS MADE THE FOLLOWING APPOINTMENTS IN THE RDF:
1. MAJ GEN EMMANUEL BAYINGANA IS APPOINTED AS THE AIR FORCE CHIEF OF STAFF.
2. BRIG GEN VINCENT NYAKARUNDI IS APPOINTED AS THE HEAD OF DEFENCE INTELLIGENCE.
3. COL ANDREW NYAMVUMBA IS APPOINTED AS THE HEAD OF DEFENCE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT MoD.
