H.E. THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA AND COMMANDER IN CHIEF OF THE RDF HAS PROMOTED AND APPOINTED THE FOLLOWING RDF PERSONNEL AS FOLLOWS:
1. BRIGADIER GENERAL JOSEPH DEMALI APPOINTED DEFENCE ATTACHÉ TO TURKEY.
2. LIEUTENANT COLONEL STANISLAS GASHUGI PROMOTED TO COLONEL AND APPOINTED DEFENCE ATTACHÉ TO TANZANIA.
3. MAJOR EPHREM NGOGA PROMOTED TO LIEUTENANT COLONEL AND APPOINTED DEFENCE ATTACHÉ TO KENYA.
4. MAJOR EUSTACHE RUTABUZWA APPOINTED DEFENCE ATTACHÉ TO CANADA.
5. PROMOTED FROM THE RANK OF LIEUTENANT TO THE RANK OF CAPTAIN: 665 OFFICERS.
6. PROMOTED FROM THE RANK OF SECOND LIEUTENANT TO THE RANK OF LIEUTENANT: 319 OFFICERS
