It is a celebration of the enduring spirit of determination, courage, and the pursuit of victory that distinguished the RPA during the Liberation War. That same spirit continues to define the Rwanda Defence Force wherever its members serve and under all circumstances.
Hon. Juvenal Marizamunda emphasized that, beyond the competition itself, the tournament fosters teamwork, strengthens unity and cohesion, and promotes a healthy and disciplined lifestyle through sports.
The Chief of Defence Staff of the Rwanda Defence Force, General MK Mubarakh, commended all participating teams for their dedication and discipline throughout the tournament.
