Rwanda and UK sign a Memorandum of Understanding
Rwanda’s Minister of Defence Gen Marcel GATSINZI and the United Kingdom (UK) Ambassador to Rwanda H.E. Nicholas CANNON signed a Memorandum of Understanding concerning the Conduct of Military Exercises and Training.
The ceremony took place at the Defence Headquarters in Kimihurura, Kigali. The UK Government provides various forms of support to the Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF) particularly in the field of training.
