“Congratulations on completing this milestone, your success in your next job is going to be critical for the nation. We are all proud of you. In fact, go out there with the spirit of patriotism and loyalty than ever before and always put your county first” Maj Gen Kazura advised. The JCSC at RDFCSC is aimed at equipping selected middle-level officers as well as other officers from partner countries with the ability to perform command and staff responsibilities at tactical level both in peacetime and in war, while preparing them for further professional development.
