These discussions, which were held between the US National Defence University and RDF as part of a bilateral collaboration on establishing this higher professional military training institution in Rwanda, were concluded with a look at observations on the feasibility of the project. After three days of discussions and deliberations, both parties agreed to continue exchanging and working towards achieving milestones set along the agreed timeline.

The US delegation was led by Benjamin Crocket NDU associate dean and jointly facilitated by RDF and Lt Col Jason Farmer, the Defence Attaché at the US Embassy in Kigali.
